AC building has the second and floor available for rent immediately. The first floor has common areas such as reception, waiting room, bathroom (law 7600), among others. The entire building has security through access control, surveillance cameras and an intelligent office automation system. It also has a wastewater treatment plant with recirculation for toilets and a backup drinking water tank. For Q1 2022 Edificio AC will have solar panels.
